Your Tasks
The Uslu Lab investigates CAR T cell combination therapies in solid tumors, with a strong emphasis on skin cancers. Building on recent high-impact publications, we aim to understand and overcome barriers to CAR T cell therapy in translational in vitro and in vivo models.
Responsibilities:
- Independent design, execution, and interpretation of experiments in vitro and in mouse models
- Scientific supervision of technical staff and students
- Preparation of animal experiment applications and third-party grant proposals
- Writing manuscripts and presenting results at international conferences
Your Profile
- MD or PhD (or equivalent) in immunology, oncology, biology, or related fields
- Strong expertise in CAR T cell biology, including in vitro (cell culture) and in vivo work
- Experience with flow cytometry (multicolor panels) and molecular biology methods (cloning, viral vectors, CRISPR)
- Team player with strong communication skills
