Your Tasks

  • Erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für Patienten und Ärzte
  • Organisatorische Aufgaben, z. B. Terminvergabe/-koordination
  • Administrative Aufgaben, z. B. Patientenmanagement, Dokumentationen
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und Archivierung von Behandlungsunterlagen

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Medizinischen Fachangestellten (w/m/d) oder äquivalente Ausbildung
  • erste Berufserfahrung in Arztpraxen oder Krankenhäusern
  • radiologische Kenntnisse wünschenswert - aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, Engagement und Motivation
  • soziale Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • gute Englisch- und EDV-Kenntnisse
  • SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert, aber nicht Voraussetzung
