Your Tasks

  • To develop and advance CRISPR 2.0 technology.
  • To engineer novel CRISPR 2.0-engineered CAR-T therapeutics for cancer treatment
  • To characterize and improve the safety of CRISPR 2.0 interventions

Our aim is to develop novel CRISPR 2.0 tools for the generation and enhancement of CAR-T cell products tailored to cancer patients. CRISPR 2.0 engineering of CAR-T cells promise to overcome existing challenges of CAR-T therapy and stand at the forefront of CAR-T engineering, poised to ignite transformative progress. The projects will be conducted at the University Hospital Wuerzburg Medical Clinic and Policlinic II and Chair of Cellular Immunotherapy. We are looking forward to mentor and advise aspiring students as they embark on their exciting journey within the transformative fields of CRISPR 2.0 and CAR-T engineering.

Your Profile

  • Possess, or be on the verge of obtaining a master’s degree in biomedicine, biology, biochemistry, or related field with outstanding academic credentials
  • Traits: diligence, efficiency, independence, unwavering motivation
  • Strong time management skills and results-oriented mindset
