Your Tasks
In dieser Position sind Sie zentrale Ansprechperson für die Fachweiterbildung pädiatrische Intensiv- und Anästhesiepflege (DKG). Sie koordinieren die Abläufe der theoretischen und praktischen Fachweiterbildung und arbeiten an deren Weiterentwicklung mit. Das Unterrichten sowie die Leistungserfassung in Theorie und Praxis sind elementare Aufgaben in dieser Position. Dabei stehen Sie stets im engen interdisziplinären und interprofessionellen Austausch.
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene Fachweiterbildung pädiatrische Intensiv- und Anästhesiepflege
- Langjährige Erfahrung im neonatologischen und pädiatrischen Intensivbereich wäre vorteilhaft
- Berufspädagogische Zusatzqualifikation (Praxisanleitung mit 300h)
- Berufspädagogische Hochschulqualifikation auf Bachelorniveau oder die Bereitschaft ein Studium zu absolvieren
- Erfahrung im Unterrichten wäre wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein professionelles Berufsverständnis
- Aktive Übernahme von Verantwortung
